Passover Meal

I could just kick myself for not taking a picture!  The table was beautifully set with china in the dining room.  Tucker and I had the idea to have a small passover meal and explain the symbolism to our family.  We  told them they didn't have to like it or eat the whole thing, the just needed to taste it.  Let me tell you, after we served the hard boiled eggs the faces pulled got better and better with every new item until the lamb.  In the past the kids haven't been big lamb eaters, so we only bought a small chop.  Macey stated, "Dad, I made a vow I would never each anything so cute."  Braden broke out in a bleating "Baaaah" 'you've got to be kidding me' laugh.  We all busted up laughing, Macey did eat the lamb and we were all vying for Braden's piece.
It was a great week.  I loved having Spring Break the week before Conference and Easter.  I loved spending time with our kids and doing fun activities together like, dying easter eggs, bowling, ice skating, painting part of the basement, listening to conference, enjoying a discussion with our kids about the resurrection and eating Easter dinner.

Next year, I'll take a picture.
